Good afternoon, everyone. I’m Pan Linyun. I’m an English teacher from Songbai Primary School of Yongshun . Now I’ll say Part A and Part B of Unit 8 ——What time do you get up in Book Five. I’ll prepare to say the lesson from six parts.
Ⅰ.Analysis of the teaching material
The topic of this unit is about a day’s timetable.This is an interesting topic for students. So all the activities in this unit are helpful to raise students’ learning interest and also to improve their spoken English.
Ⅱ.Analysis of the students
The students have learnt English for more than two years.As I know,a few students are very well and most of them are interested in English .But some students are very poor in English and have no interest.So the most important things in this unit is to raise all the students’ learning interest.

A Timetable
First, ask the students to look at the timetable and learn the words :English、Chinese、math、PE、computer music and class.
Second, with the help of the teacher,ask students to finish the rest blanks and learn the rest vocabulary:half past six、get up、have breakfast、go to school、 have lunch、go home、have supper、go to bed.
Third, now is’t time to play a game to practise how to express time and remember vacabulary.If the teacher’s voice is loud ,the students must be in a low voice. Then the boys and the girls、the group A and the group B、 the row A and the row B take turns to practice.
